The cottage sits on 8,000 sq. ft. of land and is built from coral stone, with a renovated front verandah and the addition of a back patio / deck. The floors have been tiled throughout, as has the old style verandah. The addition of stained wood banisters and hurricane shutters to the windows completes the finishing touches, while both private back deck and verandah are complete with furniture for outdoor eating or just relaxation.

Situated in a quiet location, only 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Emerald City shopping complex, with its Shops, Bank, Post Office, Pharmacy, DVD store, Fast Food outlet and Supermarket. It is also a mere 10 minutes drive to the Crane Beach, considered by many to be one of the island's most beautiful beaches and rated by Publication Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous as "one of the ten best beaches in the world"!
